REPLY to JEAN B.

Dear Jean,

The challenging question in your email earlier this week, as well as the following answer, should be of great interest to many people. I shall transfer it to my Blog, to share with them the Q&A.

S.L.I.M. For Life (c) uses strictly deep self-hypnosis. My techniques utilize numerous word/images which trigger and stimulate strong responses from the subconscious brain cells, non-stop, day and night. Some of these are: speeding up the metabolism, depressing the 'pleasure'-hunger centers, etc. Foods and beverages which used to be craved, and helped cause excess weight, gradually 'lose their glitter', and the participant learns to 'listen to', follow his/her instinctive 'inner voice' which automatically re-sets the 'what to eat/drink--when--how much--when to stop and the like'. Leaving over food in one's plate, or doggy-bagging it, becomes common and guiltless.

Other word/images gradually motivate the participant to (slowly at first) develop a sustained interest in exercising. In a nutshell, these are the answers to your question. Do not hesitate to further communicate with me if you have more of them

I may also be reached at: jacques@successgroup7.net . Thank you for your interest.
