Are the pounds Not coming Off even if you "eat right" and exercise?

Hi all!

A frequent question asked by many dieters is: "I eat right and exercise a bunch, but I'm still not losing weight... what's the problem??

Let me put it this way: Who says the reason why you can't shed pounds has to do with your diet and exercise? There are other things too.

Your metabolism may be slow. Stress absolutely kills weight reduction. The same diet that helped you drop 20 pounds last year may actually have you gain 10 pounds this year... IF you had a bunch of stress this last time using the diet. Your hormones may be all over the place and not balanced.

Stress will also contribute to neurotic "emotional hunger pangs" that make us EAT when our body really does NOT need nor ask for these extra calories!

If you're not having 2 or more bowel movements a day, your digestive process may be out of whack and slowing down everything for you. For most people, simply adding more fiber to the diet will help this. Black beans will help here. Apples too.

Lack of sleep also causes an increase in cortisol, which puts the brakes on weight loss and causes weight gain.

So, Relax and reduce your negative stress contributing factors. Your weight will soon follow. Ciao,

Your Friend,

Jacques
